iPay Technologies is pleased to announce our latest series of enhancements to the Admin Site.  The following features are now available for your immediate benefit:

 

• New Online Reports – You’ll notice that the ‘Subscriber Report’ tab has been renamed to ‘Activity Reports’.  Within this section of the site is the Subscriber Report (previously available), and new with this release, the Payment Statistics Report and the Call Routing Report.  We hope you’ll find the additional information about your subscriber base useful in the betterment of your bill pay program!

 

• Online Payment Cancellations – In order to cancel a payment today, you must contact iPay Technologies' financial institution support group in writing by fax or email, then wait for confirmation that your request was received and the payment was cancelled.  Now, simply go to the View/Edit Subscriber section of the site and search for the subscriber whose payment you wish to cancel.  Click on ‘Cancel Payment’, and a list of eligible payments appears!  From here, you can process your cancellation and get immediate confirmation.  Please note the 12 PM ET cutoff time for payment cancellations will be enforced by this feature.  Effective May 1^st, all payment cancellations must be made from the Admin Site.

 

***NOTE:  This feature must be enabled for each Institution User that you wish to allow to cancel subscribers’ payments.  Your Super User/Bill Pay Administrator must first set the appropriate permission before you will be able to access this feature.

 

• Unlock Subscriber Accounts – You may now view the number of failed login attempts for a subscriber and unlock their account.  When a subscriber’s PIN is changed, any failed login attempts are automatically cleared to make this a single-step process.

 

• Compliance Package Additions – Our Compliance Package has now been updated to include iPay Technologies' audited financial statement for the year 2001. 

 

• Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – For your convenience, we have added a FAQ section in an effort to provide you with online answers to the questions we hear the most. 

 

• Your Suggestions Are Welcome – We have provided an area within the ‘Contact Us’ section of the site for you to send us your ideas on how we can further improve the Admin Site.  Please submit your thoughts anytime you think of something that would be a convenient feature for you as a user of this website.  Thanks in advance for your thoughts!!!
