Admin Site Upgrade

iPay Technologies is pleased to announce our latest series of enhancements to the Admin Site.  The following features are now available for your immediate benefit:

  • Ability to Reactivate Subscribers – We have added capability for you to reactive a deactivated subscriber as well as to approve a previously rejected subscriber enrollment.  Please refer to the updated Admin Site User’s manual for details on how to perform each of these tasks.
  • Online Report Modifications – Changes have been made to the Payment Statistics reports to provide you with information regarding the number and percentage of your payments that were remitted for a given timeframe by paper and electronic methods.
  • View Subscriber’s Enrollment Date – You may now view the enrollment date for each of your subscribers.

 

  • Compliance Package Additions – Our Compliance Package has now been updated to include iPay Technologies' Clearing Account Reconciliation AUP Report. 
  • Q3 2002 Client Satisfaction Survey – iPay Technologies has set high goals in regards to the level of service we provide to both you, and your end users.  Please take a quick moment to log in to the Admin Site and complete the brief survey we have put into place to tell us how we’re doing.  As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated and will help us identify key areas where we can improve our level of service over the remainder of this year.

 

  • Your Suggestions Are Welcome – We have provided an area within the ‘Contact Us’ section of the site for you to send us your ideas on how we can further improve the Admin Site.  Please submit your thoughts anytime you think of something that would be a convenient feature for you as a user of this website.  Thanks in advance for your thoughts!!!
