iPay Technologies is
pleased to announce our latest series of upgrades to the Admin Site. The following features are now available for your
immediate benefit:
- Subscriber Cancellations – This
feature allows you to process your requests for cancellation of bill pay service online. It is extremely important to us that we understand
the reasoning behind each cancellation, so you will notice that part of this process is
gathering information from you in the form of a very short questionnaire. We plan to build on this feature by providing you
with statistical reports relative to cancellation of service in an effort to provide you
with the insight needed to develop and maintain a healthy subscriber base.
***NOTE: This
feature must be enabled for each Institution User that you wish to allow canceling service
for your subscribers. Your Super User/Bill
Pay Administrator must first set the appropriate permission before you will be able to
access this feature.

ultimate goal. We’d like to know how we’re
doing, and in what areas you see room for improvement.

report.

– For
your convenience, we have created a section on the Admin Site where we will maintain the
training materials available to our financial institutions.
As many of you may recall, a manual was created by our staff to provide you with
step-by-step instruction on how to use each feature of the Admin Site. This has been updated to include the latest
changes, and is available for you to view or download in this section of the site. Additional materials will be added soon…
