iPay Technologies is
pleased to announce our latest product upgrade. As
you are all aware, iPay Technologies has
placed a great deal of emphasis over the past quarter on providing our client Financial
Institutions with convenient tools so that together, we can make the online bill payment
experience time-saving and user-friendly for our subscribers. We have continued to add functionality to the
Admin Site, released for your use earlier this year, and are now pleased to announce the

INFORMATION:
In order to activate these new features, your Program Administrator must contact
Laticia Baker at (866) 851 4729 ext. 241 or Brenda Ponder at ext. 223. They will assist you in establishing a login for
Admin Site User Management and answer any questions you may have regarding this process. We have also composed an Admin Site Reference Manual, which is available for download from the Admin Site. If you would prefer this document be emailed to you, please send a request to laticia.baker@ipaymybills.com. This will guide you through setting up new users and granting them access to site functionality as well as provide detailed instruction for your Admin Site Users on how to use each feature within the Admin Site.
