Admin Site Upgrade

 

******UPGRADE ANNOUNCEMENT******

 

        iPay Technologies is pleased to announce our latest product upgrade.  As you are all aware, iPay Technologies has placed a great deal of emphasis over the past quarter on providing our client Financial Institutions with convenient tools so that together, we can make the online bill payment experience time-saving and user-friendly for our subscribers.  We have continued to add functionality to the Admin Site, released for your use earlier this year, and are now pleased to announce the following FREE features:

 

  • Multiple Admin Site logins per financial institution
  • Ability to assign permissions to Admin Site features at the login level
  • New site for “Program Administrator” to add and manage Admin Site Users and their access levels
  • Ability to change a subscriber’s PIN online**
  • Add a payee for a subscriber** 

We have also made available to you the following billable feature: 

  • View or download iPay Technologies' Compliance Package to assist you in regulatory examination preparation**

 **Access to these features controlled by Program Administrator

 In addition to this latest release, the following features are also available for your convenience:

 

  • Online enrollment administration
  • Subscriber maintenance and enrollment entry
  • Subscriber Activity Report
  • Daily debit file download

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  In order to activate these new features, your Program Administrator must contact Laticia Baker at (866) 851 – 4729 ext. 241 or Brenda Ponder at ext. 223.  They will assist you in establishing a login for Admin Site User Management and answer any questions you may have regarding this process. 

 

      We have also composed an Admin Site Reference Manual, which is available for download from the Admin Site.  If you would prefer this document be emailed to you, please send a request to laticia.baker@ipaymybills.com.  This will guide you through setting up new users and granting them access to site functionality as well as provide detailed instruction for your Admin Site Users on how to use each feature within the Admin Site.
