online enrollment enhancements

 

iPay Technologies is pleased to announce our latest feature for online enrollment.  Due to your requests, you now have an option to present your disclosure agreement for the bill pay product as part of the online enrollment process.  Since each of our financial institutions creates their own disclosure agreement, we will present the text of your choice in this area. 

 

For a demonstration of how the disclosure feature works, please visit https://www.billpaysite.com/login.asp?instid=1234 .  Just enroll as if you were a new subscriber, and you will be prompted to read and accept the disclosure presented prior to your enrollment being processed.

 

If you are already using online enrollment and would like to add the disclosure feature, please email your disclosure agreement to Brenda.ponder@ipaymybills.com. 

 

Also due to high demand, online enrollment now offers the option to remove the ‘Savings’ option from the ‘Account Type’ selection box on the enrollment form.  To have the ‘Savings’ option removed from your online enrollment form, please email Brenda.ponder@ipaymybills.com using ‘Remove Saving’ in the subject line of your message.
