iPay Technologies is pleased to announce a very long awaited and hugely demanded new feature to our “add a payee” process.  This new feature is being added to your service free of charge!      

 

Beginning Monday, October 8^th, 2001, subscribers will have the ability to search our payee database for their new payee, add an existing payee instantly and schedule a payment to process that same day all in a single session.   

 

As you know, the quality service your subscribers receive is greatly due to the diligence iPay Technologiesenforces on ensuring all payments are delivered to the correct destination the first time!  Therefore, if a payee is already in our system, we can all be confident that due diligence has been performed and offer a rapid add and pay feature for the convenience of the subscribers.   

 

This is a fairly dramatic change to the screens and process to which existing subscribers are accustomed so rest assured our CSR’s are well trained and prepared to take their calls and answer their questions. 

 

COMING SOON……… there is a phase II to this new feature that will offer more convenient and expedient options for adding a new payee that does not previously exist in our system.  You’ll receive an announcement in the near future with more details.
