In response to high demand, iPay Technologies is pleased to announce yet another feature in an effort to provide more convenience and flexibility in transaction processing to our financial institutions.   Listed below are the processing times that iPay Technologies will offer effective Monday, June 25^th:

 

§         2:00 PM EST

 

§         3:00 PM EST

 

§         4:00 PM EST

 

The normal processing time for financial institutions is 4:00 PM EST.  Adjusting your processing time to either 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM means that your daily files will be available for download approximately 15-20 minutes after your selected processing time.  Payments scheduled by your subscribers after your processing time on any business day may be scheduled for processing as early as the following business day.

As a friendly reminder, many of our institutions have published marketing materials reflecting cutoff times for scheduling payments which may need to be revised to reflect this change, should you opt to adjust your processing time.  iPay Technologies will make any needed changes to your bill payment website and your welcome letter.
