Extended Subscriber Service Hours

As you are aware your current iPay Technologies contract provides first line customer service Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET free of charge.  In response to popular demand, we are happy to announce the availability of extended customer service hours until 11:00 PM ET. 

The best news is the price!  For a nominal $100 flat monthly fee a month, your hours will be extended for unlimited subscribers and unlimited calls.  That’s less than $1 an hour for the additional availability of our subscriber help desk.  What a bargain!

Live Chat Subscriber Service

We discovered long ago that our subscribers much prefer to perform as many tasks as possible on the internet site over making a phone call, filling out a form, etc.   They are busy people and are the first to appreciate convenience and efficiency.  Therefore, we are excited to present LIVE CHAT!

 The instant interaction gives your subscribers the high level of service needed to provide quick assistance and fast answers.  Subscribers will not need to download or install anything.  Nor will you.  We’ll simply place the Chat button on your bill pay site and we do everything from there!

 Providing real-time human interaction can make the difference between one-time browsers and enrolled bill pay users.  Imagine the impression you can make by enabling your current bill pay subscribers to discuss complex issues and receive resolution as issues actually occur. 

Live Chat is available as of July 1st for a flat fee of only $50 a month (unlimited subscriber, unlimited sessions).   Oh, and by the way, the chat sessions will occur behind SSL and, therefore, will be secure!
