is pleased to announce our latest series of enhancements. The following features are now
available for your immediate benefit:
- New
& Improved Online Enrollment Pages – At your request, we
have revised the online enrollment pages to be more “user
friendly”. You’ll notice
that data entry is smoother, and there are helpful hints to assist users
in accurately completing the enrollment process. We also recognize that it can be
difficult to steer your users to an online demonstration of your bill
pay product, and have added a demo option to the enrollment page for the
user’s convenience.
- Small
Business Bill Pay – iPay Technologies introduced iPayables, our small
business bill pay product, very early this year. Live Chat is now available for
your small business customers!

- Maximum
Payment Amount Option – You now have the ability to set a
maximum dollar amount for which a payment may be scheduled. This feature is available at the
product level, so financial institutions who have both Consumer and
Small Business Bill Pay may set different maximum amounts for each
product. If you are
interested in utilizing this feature, please print this page, complete
the required information, and fax to (270) 737-1182. NOTE: Requests will only be taken from
your Program Administrator.

Suggestions Are Welcome – We have provided an area within the
‘Contact Us’ section of the site for you to send us your ideas on how we
can further improve the Admin Site. Please submit your thoughts
anytime you think of something that would be a convenient feature for
you as a user of this website.
